- What does “for research use only” mean?
- All Peptastic Labs products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and must not be administered to humans or animals or used for any therapeutic, diagnostic or consumptive purpose. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher aged 18 or over.
- Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
- Yes. A batch Certificate of Analysis is available on request for every product — ask via Telegram, WhatsApp or email and we’ll send the documentation for the relevant lot.
- How pure are your peptides?
- Our compounds are specified to ≥99% purity, verified by HPLC. Purity and identity details for a given batch are recorded on that batch’s Certificate of Analysis.
- How are orders shipped and how long do they take?
- Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia in discreet, plain packaging — typically within 1–3 business days. Standard and express options are available at checkout, along with an optional reshipment guarantee.
- Where do you ship?
- We are Australian owned and operated and ship domestically across Australia. For bulk or other enquiries, contact us via Telegram or email.
- How do I pay?
- Orders are placed on-site and payment is arranged after you order — we’ll send bank transfer / PayID details with your order reference. You can also complete an order directly via Telegram or WhatsApp.
- What does “Pre-order” mean?
- Items marked “Pre-order” are currently out of stock but still orderable — place the order now and we’ll ship it as soon as the compound is restocked.
- How should research peptides be stored?
- Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides cool and dark until use; once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated. Handle and dispose of all material safely and lawfully within a laboratory setting.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
- Yes — we offer 10-vial boxes at 35% off retail on the Wholesale page, with free freight over $1,000. For custom volumes, email us for trade pricing.
- How do discount and referral codes work?
- Enter a valid discount or referral code in the cart to apply it. Referral codes are issued through our affiliate program — apply via the Affiliate page to earn rewards when your code is used.
