These terms govern your use of the Peptastic Labs website and the purchase of products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility & intended use
You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only.
Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, must not be administered to humans or animals, and are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
Orders & pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel any order. An order is recorded when placed but is only confirmed once payment is received and verified.
Payment
Payment is arranged off-site (bank transfer, PayID or cryptocurrency) and confirmed manually. Your order is held until payment clears.
Shipping & risk
We dispatch from Melbourne, Australia. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful handling, storage and disposal of all products.
